Flannels X Summer Pop-up

FLANNELS X created The House of Summer as a three-week womenswear activation at its Oxford Street flagship, inspired by the colour, texture and escapism of Tulum.

Working alongside Eb Designs Group and Argent Design Limited, SmithBrewer were brought in to fabricate a suite of bespoke display pieces for thirteen luxury brands, translating the creative direction into a crafted retail environment.

The activation had to transform the FLANNELS X basement into a distinctive destination while still functioning as a premium multi-brand retail space. Each fixture needed to support product storytelling, hold its own visually and contribute to one coherent customer journey.

With the pop-up running from 1-23 May 2026, the programme required fast, controlled delivery across production, logistics and installation, with every bespoke piece made, transported and installed in line with the wider creative vision.

SmithBrewer produced a crafted fixture suite that brought depth and material character into the space, including sculpted driftwood rails, hand-finished display tables and supporting display elements.

The team translated the resort-led concept into practical retail pieces that gave each brand a clear stage while maintaining a cohesive FLANNELS X experience. SmithBrewer also managed the full logistics journey from scheduling and transport through to in-store installation, ensuring the final space landed as intended.

The completed House of Summer pop-up transformed FLANNELS X Oxford Street into a seasonal retail destination, combining fashion, craft and immersive environment design within one carefully coordinated experience.

Delivered in collaboration with Eb Designs Group and Argent Design Limited, the project shows how specialist fabrication and calm delivery control can turn a temporary activation into a memorable retail experience.
